Disc Type Oil skimmer

To separate oil/lubricants from coolants and parts washer disc type oil skimmer use. In disc type oil skimmer we use special oleophilic disc to separate oil from coolant/water or effluent. The material of oleophilic disc is stainless steel or Polypropylene based to increase the life of disc. The disc size starts from 8Inch to 24 Inch. The disc may be smooth or grooved as per viscosity of oil.

Disc skimmer is very useful for small tanks with no level variations. Due to robust and simple design it is generally preferred for small individual tanks.
